The Zwilling 7″ Pro Rocking Santoku Knife with a Granton Edge is designed to accommodate the rocking motion of Western cutting. It has a unique bolster for a comfortable and safe grip. This knife can be sharpened from bolster to tip and is ideal for chopping vegetables, slicing through meats and preparing fish. The Granton edge prevents food from sticking to the blade for optimal functionality.

Blade is ice-hardened to retain sharpness. It ensures the ideal cutting angle with the precision-honed blade and laser-controlled edge. This durable knife is attached to the POM handle. Full tang and handle is triple-riveted for better stability. Knife is dishwasher safe but is recommended to wash by hand.
