With the Wusthof 2 Stage Pull Through Knife Sharpener, maintain knife sharpness with a reliable sharpener. This sharpener has an E-Z grip handle to keep the sharpener steady while the slots are used to sharpen the knife by placing it in at a 90 angle and pull back the knife a few times to sharpen it.
Sharpener is meant to sharpen the knife at 14 per side. Once the knife has been sharpened, use the carbide side to nicely finish the edge.
