Constructed with commercial kitchens and bakeries in mind, Vollrath’s nonstick sheet pans have closed bead rims encasing a galvanized wire to retain shape use after use. The reinforced corners provide added strength. And the sides are tapered, keeping foods in place and allowing for easy stacking when not in use.
The nonstick coating is durable and ideal for baking up to 450F.
