The Vollrath 10 lb Double Well Cayenne Electric Countertop Deep Fryer quickly fries chicken, seafood, french fries and more. A commercial countertop deep fryer lets you fry food after food and is designed to withstand rigorous use. This unit is made with a compact design to save space.

The deep fryer is thermostatically controlled for accurate temperatures and can go up to375F (plus has quick heating and recovery times!). For increased safety, the commercial deep fryer has an automatic shutoff at390F and a microswitch that safely shuts off the unit when the element box is removed.

The commercial-grade countertop deep fryer is made with a one-piece stainless steel tank with carrying handles for a strong, simple to carry and easy to clean product. The rubber feet keep the commercial electric deep fryer stable and prevent moving. It has two wells to increase productivity while the nickel-plated steel commercial fryer baskets are strong and feature Kool-Touch handles for a comfortable and secure grip.
