Perfect for high-volume foodservice, the Vollrath Cayenne 36″ Heavy Duty Gas Charbroiler is a commercial-grade cooktop that is here to help. The gas charbroiler is designed with a stainless steel burner and heavy-duty cast-iron radiants for even heat distribution. It features manual controls to reach the operator’s desired temperature.

The commercial gas charbroiler has metal knobs to prevent cracking and breaking, protecting the interior gas valves. One side of the grill has a narrow surface with integral channels to dispense excess fat while the other is flatter and wider, making it ideal for delicate foods such as fish.

For cooking versatility, this commercial gas cooktop has an angeled adaptor bar to raise the grill plates away from the heat source for slower cooking. It also directs grease away to reduce flare-ups.

The commercial gas charbroiler is designed with adjustable legs to level the structure for better stability.
