The commercial flat top gas griddle includes a thick back and side to contain splashes while the welded griddle plate seams eliminate grease and dirt traps for a more sanitary commercial cooktop. It features a 1″ thick steel griddle plate for even heat distribution.

The smaller-width grease trays are effortless and more efficient to clean with the ability to fit into commercial dishwashers. This commercial gas griddle is temperature-controlled with metal knobs that are durable andwill not crack or break to protect the interior gas valve.

The commercial flat top griddle includes regulator and gas valve.
