This commercial hot plate is designed with 4 burners, individual temperature control knobs and is made with a durable stainless and aluminized steel body. Each burner has separate grates to ease cleaning while the full width stainless steel drip pan makes cleaning simpler.
The hot plate has a bullnose design to prevent burns while the heavy duty legs are adjustable to keep the unit level. Each burner emits 26,000 BTU per burner for astrong performance.
