Providing 20,000 BTU of power per burner, the manual griddle offers a reliable performance. It has an electronic spark ignition (battery), manual controls and each burner is equipped with a runner tube. The commercial griddle includes an exclusive “NO COLD” zone to provide even heat distribution across the surface.
