SignatureWares Perforated Full Size Food Pan, 24 Gauge Stainless Steel

The SignatureWares 24 Gauge Stainless Steel Perforated Full Size Food Pan has a stackable design for compact storage. It keeps some space between pans for better ventilation to provide quicker (and sanitary!) drying.

The perforated bottom and side offer maximum draining and air circulation.When paired with a solid food pan (sold separately), this perforated steam pan can be used for thawing, steaming and crisping.

This commercial perforated food pan has reinforced corners for additional strength and to help maintain the steam pan’s shape, even upon impacts. The pan has a rounded bottom to reduce food waste by allowing the serving spoon to get right into the corners. Also, the rounded corners make cleaning easier.

The anti-corrosive 24 gauge stainless steel structure is dishwasher safe for effortless cleaning while the strong material will not absorb odours and resists stains for an easy-to-maintain pan.

Pair with thefull size solid cover(sold separately) or thefull size slotted cover(sold separately) for simple transportation and sanitary storage.
