The Eclipse coating is designed to outlast all other reinforced coatings and features a 3-layer system: the top layer is non-stick for superior food release while the midcoat bonds the top layer to the bottom for excellent durability.
The handle is riveted to provide additional strength while the silicone sleeve reduces hand fatigue and provides heat resistance for a more comfortable grip. Frying pans are suitable for electric, gas and ceramic heating sources.
