It’s built to last with the stainless steel motor block and food-grade aluminum head. With a removable lever and lid, this commercial vegetable prep machine offers effortless cleaning. The unit includes a combination of safety systems (head, cover and power switch) for an improved operation.
The commercial prep machine has a simple-speed motor block and regular hopper. It’s able to produce up to 1000 lb of sliced vegetables hourly.
