The Rabco Offset Spatula provides fantastic control when icing cake, smoothing batters, spreading fillings and icing a cupcake. Not only can it be used for spreading, but thanks to its strong stainless steel blade, this offset turning can be used to lift cake or transfer cookies from bun pans to cooling racks.
