The Pitco 35 lb Value Series Energy Star Economy Gas Floor Fryer is made with a welded tank with an extra smooth peened finish for simple cleaning. The 9″ adjustable legs ensure that the unit is level. It has a fully stainless steel exterior with a standing pilot light design to provide a ready flame when heat is required. Additionally, the high-temperature alloy stainless steel heat baffles are mounted in the heat exchanger tubes to offer maximum heating and combustion.

The commercial gas floor fryer maintains a temperature of200F and 400F while theSolstice burner/baffle design increases cooking production, lowers flue temperature, improves the working environment and generates more production per BTU.

It features an integrated gas control valve that acts as a manual and pilot valve, automatic pilot valve, gas filter, pressure regulator and automatic main valve. For increased safety, the gas control valve prevents gas flow to the main burner until the pilot is established and shuts off the flow automatically if the pilot flame goes out. Plus, the temperature limit switch safely shuts off all gas flow if the temperature limit is exceeded.

The commercial gas fryer includes a stainless steel tank, one tube rack, one built-in flue deflector, two twin baskets, one drain extension, one drain clean-out rod and a removable basket hanger.
