Handle is madefrom a combination of Santoprene and polypropylene for comfort and durability. Bread knife has textured finger points that provide slip resistance, a better grip and along with the finger guard, added safety.
Wavy edge (also known as a serrated edge) effortlessly cuts through food. Knife is recommended to be washed by hand.
