The Joyce Chen 14″ Professional Series Flat Bottom Wok is designed with an uncoated surface which develops a unique seasoning for a delicious flavour. It has a flat bottom that stays balanced on traditional stove tops while the 1.8mm gauge carbon steel construction can handle temperatures up to 500F and offers even heating.
The removable resin handles stay cool to touch up to 350F. It features a riveted handle that’s strong and includes a helper handle for excellent handling. Recommended to wash by hand for improved longevity.
