Imperial IPC-14 Pasta Cooker, 12 Gal, Natural Gas

This pasta production station is the ideal addition to increase pasta cooking productivity. The Imperial 12 Gal Pasta Cookeris made with 16 gauge 317 stainless steel vessels that withstands stronger concentrations of saltin the water to offer faster pasta preparation. These vessels are welded to eliminate leaks while the 1.25″ full port drain valve provides safe and quick emptying.

The pasta cooker is designed with a stainless steel front, door, side and vessels for a durable structure. It features a full bottom chassis to provide structural support.

The pasta cooker heats up through the large oval heat exchanger tubes and features a unique baffle design that guarantees even heating by transferring heat into the water and throughout the entire vessel. This helps ensure even and consistent heating.

This unit has an exclusive water wash system that removes the starch off the entire surface to reduce foaming. For increased safety, the pasta cooker has a 100% safety shut-off.
