Designed with almost a fully stainless steel construction, the Imperial 40 lb 3 Phase Electric Fryer lasts a long time and offers an exceptional cooking performance. The electric elements are located inside the frypot below the fry zone and have an output of 14 KW.

Fryer has an immersed element that is the most economical and features a snap-acting thermostat with a temperature range of200F to 400F to extend oil life. Plus, the direct heat-to-element contact heats the oil more quickly. This makes food taste better by allowing less absorption.

Large cool zone captures and holds particles away from the fry zone. This helps reduce taste transfer.

Frypots are robotically welded to prevent leaks and include a fine mesh crumb. The two nickel-plated baskets come with vinyl-coated handles to provide heat protection and a comfortable grip. This unit is held up by heavy-duty stainless steel legs with adjustable feet for a stable structure.
