The Hobart 12″ Centerline Edge Series Meat Slicer is designed with a chrome-plated carbon steel knife that slices meat and cheeses in 9/16″ thick slices. It can handle food up to 10″ wide by 6″ high and is made with a poly-v belt drive system that extends belt life while providing optimal slicing results. Additionally, the slicer is made with a one-speed 1/2 HP knife drive motor to ease slicing and has a no-volt release.
Simple to use, the commercial meat slicer has a START/STOP button. The removable contoured handle provides a comfortable grip while the anodized aluminum base is sanitary and prevents the growth of bacteria. Plus, the meat slicer has an anodized aluminum carriage, gauge plate and knife cover.
The commercial meat slicerhas a removable ceramic stone to sharpen and hone the blade quickly. It also eases cleaning.
Made for 2-4 hours of slicing daily.
