Globe G12A Medium Duty Automatic Meat Slicer, 12″, 1/2 HP

The Globe G12A Medium Duty Automatic Meat Slicer is an excellent addition to any sub shop, delis, pizzerias and more. It has a 12″ hard chromed special alloy, hollow ground knife lasts longer and provides easy sharpening. This unit can handle approximately 4 hours of cutting meat and 2 hours of cutting cheese per 24 hrs, making this perfect for foodservice establishments that perform a mild amount of cutting per 24 hrs.

Globe’s meat slicer has a push-button ON/OFF operation for simple use. The buttons come with a protective covering to prevent damage from excess juices. Meat slicer includes safety features such as a motor overload protection with manual reset to ensure that your meat slicer will last longer and a knife ring guard which helps protect the operator.

Features a removablechute, slice deflector and sharpener that is simple to clean. The sealed splash zones increase sanitation. Knob makes installation and removal of knife easier while the dial allows user to change product thickness (there are 15 options for meat/cheese thickness).

This meat slicer has a durable anodized aluminum construction with seamless edges and radius corners. It has a metal bottom base enclosure along with an ergonomically designed dual-purpose handle to offer a better grip.
