The Globe G12 Medium Duty Manual Meat Slicer has a 12″, hollow ground knife that can be sharpened from thetop-mounted all-metal knife sharpener and effortlessly slices through meats and cheeses.

Meat slicerhas a powerful 1/2 HP knife motor that includes overload protection with a manual reset to offer a longer product life. It has an anodized aluminum construction with seamless edges and radius corners for simple cleaning as well as a metal bottom base enclosure. Plus, the non-slip rubber feet keep the machine steady while you’re cutting and the dual purpose handleoffers a better grip for the operator.

The chute, slice deflector and knife sharpener are removable and easy to clean while the sealed splash zones improve machines sanitation and protect theslicer’s electronics. The ON/OFF switch is simple to operate and is moisture-proof.
