These pans will never rust, peel or flake and are temperature-rated up to550F. Perfectly bake loaves of bread in this straight-sided pan that has rolled rims for easy handling. If you want to spice things up, include citrus-based ingredients in your bread (this pan is safe for citrus-based foods). The pan is also freezer safe and is recommended to be washed by hand.
