Easy to use and portable, the cooking surface is constructed of high quality glass and is suitable for pots and pans between 4.7″ and 8.6″ in diameter. The C1823 has a safety-shutoff feature where if an incompatible material or no material is placed on the cook surface, it will turn off after 1-2 seconds.
