Confused about why the title mentions charcoal on a gas grill? This Series 9 gives you the opportunity to infuse smoky flavor into your meats. Grill directly on the cooking grate or ADD wood chips for more smoke. Charcoal lasts a little longer because of the W-shaped tray with adjustable vents.

Lastly, if you love cooking rotisserie, look no further. The DCS infrared rotisserie can heat up to 14 000 BTUs and turn up to 50lbs! That means, yes you can quick multiple chickens or a couple turkeys.
