Perfect for foodservice operations, the Hoshizaki Crescent Cuber Icemaker is durable with a stainless steel exterior that is easy to clean and maintain. This unit is able to produce 556 lb per24 hoursof crescent-shaped ice. Crescent-shaped ice helps prevent ice from sticking together, is less likely to chip the machine and fits together so less liquid is needed to fill a glass.

This commercial air-cooled ice machine has an EverCheck alert system to activate an audible alarm and a diagnostic feature if a problem with the machine should arise. The CycleSaver design increases energy efficiency so the air filters need to be cleaned less and become effortless to maintain. Even better, the H-GUARD Plus Antimicrobial Agent inhibits the growth of bacteria, mold and other microorganisms for a more hygienic machine.

Hoshizaki’s commercial ice maker is made to be smarter. The self-diagnostic system automatically adjusts the machine to changed conditions. This offers a simple operation without needing to do all adjustments manually.

There is no cord or plug included. Must be hardwired at site. Compatible bins and storage are sold separately.
