Hoshizaki HNC-120BA Countertop Sushi Display Case Refrigerator, 48″, 115 V

Made with LED lights, the Hoshizaki HNC-120BA Countertop Sushi Display Case Refrigerator offers an illuminated display for your sushi. It has a strong stainless steel exterior that’s simple to maintain while the curved glass is attractive.

The commercial sushi display case has solid food plates with radius grooves to fit sushi. Plus, the plates are reversible – when the concave side is facing up, it results in a more chilled product while facing the concave side down results in a less chilled product but maximizes space. It’s cooled with a reliable R600A refrigerant and has a condenser airflow that comes in the back and out the side.

To quickly add and remove sushi from the display, the display case has rear access with two sliding glass doors. The case has a countertop design for space efficiency.
