Able to produce 980 lb of ice per 24 hrs, the Hoshizaki F-100MAJ Air Cooled Modular Flaked Ice Icemaker is built for high-volume foodservice. It has a strong stainless steel exterior that’s easy to maintain while the stainless steel auger with greaseless bearing offers a reliable performance.

The commercial ice makerhas an Advance CleanCycle24 design – it performs a 2-second flush cycle every hour to guarantee the machine is using clean water. This flush cycle removes sediment for cleaner ice.
