It has a strong 304 stainless steel construction that’s simple to clean and maintain. The temperature knobs make adjusting cooking surface temperature simple while the 15,000 BTUH stainless steel burners and stainless steel pilot burner tube system provide a reliable performance.

The commercial gas griddle is made with a grease tray that’s removable for simple cleaning while the backsplash helps maintain a clean cooking station.
