The Quest 42″ Flavour Charbroiler with Drawer creates a unique smoke flavour and can obtain very high cooking temperatures for a reliable performance. It’s made of strong 304 stainless steel and features a welded design for smooth corners, improved strength and an easier-to-clean product.
The commercial charbroiler features a gas infra-red radiant design for clean, efficient and fast heat-up times. It has 8″ wide cast cooking grate sections that offer product support and an attractive appearance. This professional charbroiler includes simple-to-use temperature knobs to provide excellent control to reach your desired cooking temperatures. Additionally, it’s designed with a slightly taller body to incorporate a pull-out flavouring tray where small amounts of wood chips can be burned to create that unique smoky flavour.
