The Sammic CA-3V Vegetable Preparation Machine is built to last. Made with commercial quality, the prep machine has a stainless steel motor block and food-grade aluminum head. It’s designed to provide precise cuts and can accommodate a wide range of discs for versatility.

The commercial vegetable prep machine features an exclusive “Force Control System” which optimizes cutting and warns operators when the motor exceeds the pre-established force. It has an ergonomic design that produces slices in one single movement while the advanced control panel is simple to use.

Designed with a removable lever and lid for effortless cleaning, the machine is more compact and takes up less space on countertops. It features a combination of safety systems (head, cover and power switch) to improve operations.
