This is a double pack for two replacement 2FK001 air filter cartridge sets, this is designed for select Perfect Fry ventless / hoodless deep fryers. The filter removes grease particulate from the air and eliminates unpleasant cooking odours. It also has instructions detailing how often the filter should be changed. After the grease baffle, air flows through the metal HEPA filter and then through the carbon filter on top of it.
