The blade is made with the finest stainless steel, called CROMOVA 18 (Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium), which is exclusive to Global. The blade is ice tempered and hardened to offer a razor-sharp edge.
The hollow handle is filled with sand to balance the knife for optimal control. It’s textured to provide a secure and comfortable grip that’s slip-resistant. The knife is simple to use the pinch grip cutting technique. Plus, the knife is easy to wash and dry (recommended to wash by hand).
