Built for years of hard work, the Vollrath Radiant/Lava Rock Cayenne 48″ Heavy Duty Gas Charbroiler is made of stainless steel and features heavy-duty cast-iron radiants. This provides even heat distribution and excellent heat retention.

Guaranteed to provide accurate heating, this commercial cooktop includes manual controls that get to the operator’s desired temperature. The knobs are made of strong metal to prevent breaking and cracking; protecting the interior gas valves.

One side is more narrow while the other is flatter and wider. The narrow side dispenses excess fat while the flatter side is more ideal for delicate foods such as fish. Make cooking more versatile with the angeled adaptor bar. This bar allows the grill to be angled away from the heat source for slower cooking.

The commercial gas charbroiler is designed with burners that are only 6″ apart for powerful heating. It features adjustable legs that level the machine for a stable structure.
