The end grain provides the ability to hide knife marks to maintain an attractive appearance. It will not dull knives, so you will no longer need to sharpen them frequently.

Recommended to wash the boardin warm water with a bit of dish soap (do not submerge into the water completely) and dry when finished. If there are any lingering smells, wash the board with salt and half a lemon to deep clean the wood.Keep the board in great condition by rubbingmineral oil into the wood after every 4-5 washes to keep the block looking new.
