The aluminum reflects heat rather than absorbs it, this allows for even heating and lets the pan reach baking temperatures faster and cool quicker.
The fluted edge creates the wavy edge. Thistart mold has a removable bottom to clean more efficiently. Fluted pan is citrus-safe to cook with both citrus and tomato-based ingredients and is freezer safe to create delicious frozen treats.
