Made to accommodate various kitchen tasks, the Southbend B-Series Single Deck Full Size Gas Convection Oven features a stainless steel exterior that’s attractive and long-lasting. The dependent doors are designed with windows and interior lights to have a clear view of the interior, eliminating the need to open the door and let heat outwhich saves energy.Plus, the door hasa full180 opening.

Interior is made of coved porcelain and it includes five wire racks. They’re spaced on 1-5/8″ centres and can be customized in 11 different rack positions.

The commercial gas convection oven is equipped with a soft air, two-speed 1/2 HP fan motor and includes a forced cool down fan mode to quickly cool off the oven. It provides 54,000 BTU of power and is made with standard controls (140F to 500F solid state thermostat and 60 minute mechanical cook timer). Additionally, it has an electronic ignition with a flame safety device for improved safety.
