Designed to accommodate various kitchen needs, the Southbend B-Series Single Deck Full Size Convection Oven is an excellent addition to your commercial kitchen. It’s made with a stainless steel exterior while the doors feature a window to give the operator a clear view of the interior. Additionally, the doors are made with a welded steel frame with a 5/8″ diameter full-length hinge pin and they open 180.

The commercial convection oven is energy-star compliant and features patented, high efficiency, non-clog Inshot burners. The interior has a single light and a porcelain enamel finish. Plus, the wire racks are removable, spaced 1-5/8″ and provide 11 different rack positions. 5 racks are included.

It has a two-speed 1/2 HP fan motor while the “plug-in, plug-out” control panel is easy to service. The commercial full-size convection oven has a temperature range from140F to 500F and includes a 60-minute timer. The oven’s “ready” light keeps the operator informed while the temperature controls are versatile and easy to use.
